I’m Petri Sirén, a chocolatier with decades of experience in the world of fine chocolate-making driven by a passion for craftsmanship and a deep connection to the natural world. My journey with chocolate has been one of dedication and artistry, earning me multiple awards in prestigious international competitions. It has also been my privilege to serve as a jury member at the highly respected World Chocolate Masters in Paris, where the world’s finest chocolatiers gather to push the boundaries of this craft. From designing bon bons for Michelin star launching galas to creating exclusive collections for mega yachts and royal families, I’ve always believed that chocolate should be more than just a treat—it should be an experience.
At Sirène Chocolatier, I take inspiration from my Nordic roots and the finest flavors from around the globe to craft chocolates that are more like intricate desserts, with layers of textures and flavors that captivate the senses. I make every single bon bon from scratch, from ganaches to caramels and pate de fruits, using only the highest quality, ecologically sourced ingredients. My goal is simple: to create chocolates that are a true expression of luxury, designed for those who appreciate exceptional quality and exclusivity.
